Landsmejeriudstillingen is the former Danish name for the International Dairy Contest in DK.
Furthermore we participate in an internal contest in Denmark with other Danish Danablu producers, where the quality of the cheeses every month are being checked, both visually, organoleptically and by an external laboratory.
The winner of the contest is elected once a year. Bornholm’s dairy won in 2015.
Every year we participate in an internal competition together with other Danish Danablu manufacturers, where we are checked every month for quality testing by an external laboratory.
The winner of this competition is chosen once a year, and in the period from 2000 - 2008, Bornholms Andelsmejeri has won every single year.
