As a large company with a need for specialized workforce, we often recruit from outside the island. We value all our employees, but we feel a particular responsibility towards those who relocate here. It’s important for us that they not only integrate well at the dairy but also that they and their families integrate well into Bornholm. Finding housing should not be a challenge. Due to the housing shortage on Bornholm, we have renovated several apartments close to the dairy where those who cannot find housing can live. This makes it much easier to move to the island knowing that housing is secured. It also helps us attract some of the industry’s most talented professionals to our small dairy, enabling us to continuously develop ourselves and our products.
