Graviera 45% is a traditional Greek hard cheese produced from cow’s milk.

It is white-yellowish with small irregular holes.
It has a strong and buttery taste.
It is used both for cooking, bread, salad and fruit.

Saganaki 45% f.i.t

It has a high salt content and a distinct lipase taste which intensifies with age.
