Bornholm’s Cooperative Dairy traces its roots all the way back to 1886, when a group of innovative farmers saw economies of scale in a more cooperative-oriented agriculture. In 1936, at its peak, there were 343 shareholders. Today, nearly 100 years later, there are about 20 shareholders, all benefiting from the foundation laid by previous generations…
